Candidscape was founded in 2024 by proprietor Sanjay Anantha with a straightforward conviction: most construction problems are really communication problems — the gap between what was designed and what gets built.
We closed that gap by building both the interiors and the structure ourselves, and by validating every design digitally before work begins. In just over two years, that approach has carried us through 73 completed projects across healthcare, government, commercial and residential work.
Before construction starts, we use AI to test the design against the brief — so approvals translate faithfully into the finished space.
