Public Sector
What this covers
Public-sector interior work is not private interior work with more paperwork. It runs on a different contracting mechanism entirely, item-rate schedules rather than lump-sum quotes, variation orders that need approval before execution, completion dates with contractual weight, and a measurement-and-billing trail that has to survive audit years after handover. Main contractors delivering these projects need an interiors partner who already works that way.
Read the detail
Candidscape executed the interior fit-out of the Karmika Seva Kendra, appointed by SRIT India Limited under the Department of Labour project, a citizen-facing service centre covering help desks, QR-code registration walls, welfare-scheme information boards, staff workstation rows, officer cabins, a glass-walled meeting room and an accessibility ramp at the entrance. We understand the difference between a space that photographs well and a space that passes departmental inspection.

Delivering a public project? Let's talk scope.
Main contractors working on departmental and citizen-facing facilities: we can price against the issued schedule and work to the contractual completion date.
