What this covers
Commercial interior design in Bangalore runs against a clock nobody in the process controls. The lease has commenced, the rent-free period is finite, the team has a joining date, and every week the space isn't usable is a week of rent on an empty floor.

What derails that schedule is rarely design. It's the building, fit-out work restricted to specific hours, a freight lift shared with three other tenants doing the same thing, a landlord NOC that takes two weeks nobody budgeted for, and objections from the tenant on the floor below about drilling noise. Candidscape plans commercial fit-outs around those constraints because we've worked inside them, including our commercial work for M16 Labs on MG Road.
